The desired attendance was estimated at 10,000 attendees. Two days before the event, the venue was moved from the old Madrid Arena to the Cubierta de Leganés, where approximately 2,800 people attended. The event started on Friday with a two-hour delay and sound problems that took an additional two hours to resolve.

You know that any experience in life brings growth. Without experiences, life would be meaningless. Mentally we label them as “bad” or “good”, but many times with time we realize that those labels were wrongly placed…
Looking at the outcome and what happened, he was good at convincing the authors to come, but he was a “disaster” when it came to organizing and planning the whole event. He did not know how to react to problems, did not treat the attendees well (he really disrespected them), and acted in a very childish way. All in good faith, of course.
La Cubierta de Leganés is a bullring. The bleachers are made of cement, there are no seats. Suddenly, there were only two separations: those who sat on chairs arranged in front of the stage (for those who had paid the most expensive tickets), and everyone else in the stands, regardless of whether they had paid 400 € or 175 €. There would be no more headphones.
The doors were supposed to open at 8:30 for accreditation. There was a long queue for four hours. We were able to be inside at 13:00, when the first Being One conference was supposed to start at 11:00. On the first day, one of the lectures was cancelled and the time for the others was considerably reduced. The activities scheduled for the satellite space did not exist. In fact, no one was even informed where they were.
